Darrell’s ‘full time’ job is actually working on his family’s dairy farm just down the road from the malt house. The farm is part of the Cabot Cooperative providing milk for cheese and other amazing dairy products. Cabot is a is a huge supporter of its farmer-owners and had written a couple of great stories on the malt house and the farm!
